Yes, hosted buyers are required to attend a minimum number of meetings to fulfill the program requirements.
You must be a senior-level decision-maker with purchasing authority, representing a relevant and active business in the sector.
The hosted package is extended to one person per company. Additional attendees are welcome but must cover their own expenses.

Many nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival or apply online for an e-visa. Our team will assist you with the process once your participation is confirmed.

The hosted buyer committee uses a weighted scorecard to evaluate each application. The scorecard focuses on overall purchasing power and budgets, examples of previous incentive programs and past references, size of programs, and other business-related criteria.
